General Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
All gifts will be shipped in a closed position to insure prompt, safe delivery.
Angels Gift Store is not responsible for printing or composition errors.
Redelivery charges will applied to all orders requiring reshipment due to incorrect information.
30 Day Warranty Policy
1) Prior to any refund or replacement you must contact us within 7 days after receiving your purchased by email with your reasons for returning the item(s). Please refere to your invoice number when you contact us.
2) Regardless of the issue, the item must be returned to us (with Angels Gift Store invoice) at the buyers shipping expense. If we receive an item without the purchaser's invoice we will not process the claim.
3) Upon reciept of the item and completion of our inspection, a refund or replacement will be process. If the item is found to be defective and we grant a refund your original payment minus shipping and handling fees will be returned.
4) Payment through Google checkout is preferred all major credit cards are accepted, and cashier's check. Payments made with cashier's check must be received within 5 days after receiving an invoice.
Items are shipped via, USPS Priority mail service with delivery confirmation.
